The Devices Technical Program Manager will join one of the most exciting product lines in the industry: Meta’s AI and Augmented Reality devices. Building on the success of Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses, this role will focus on expanding our portfolio of AI and AR wearable products. We are seeking leaders who can drive complex, cross-functional business outcomes for both current and future products—leading the end-to-end development of devices from concept to launch. This highly visible role requires an experienced leader with exceptional technical skills and business acumen—someone who can communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. We are looking for Technical Program Managers who are passionate about the products they work on, natural motivators, adept relationship builders, and champions of the right processes to ensure smooth, predictable execution in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the delivery of cross-functional products and initiatives across software, hardware, core technologies, and business teams to ensure successful product outcomes
  • Solve complex technical, organizational, and operational challenges across the full breadth of the Wearables portfolio
  • Develop and manage end-to-end technical product solutions, ensuring on-time delivery by owning program execution within a matrixed organization
  • Drive and influence technical and product strategy by proactively identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, aligning priorities, and setting direction across a broadly cross-functional area
  • Identify and drive improvements to software development processes at scale

Requirements

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, hardware engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management
  • Knowledge of software and hardware development for consumer devices, including end-to-end product development processes
  • Experience delivering complex technology programs and products from inception through to successful delivery
  • Knowledge of understanding user needs, gathering requirements, and defining project scope
