Research Scientist I

• Support R&D Projects: Engage in laboratory testing as part of research and development initiatives
• Method Development and Validation: Participate in the development, evaluation, and validation of new analytical methods
• Documentation and Compliance: Document and review results in electronic laboratory notebooks
• Procedure Management: Create and update equipment and analytical procedures
• Data Interpretation: Analyze experimental data and present conclusions
• Protocol Writing: Write comprehensive protocols and reports in English
• Quality Assurance: Uphold quality system requirements
• Laboratory Maintenance: Maintain laboratory reagents, materials, and equipment

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences) with 5+ years of experience
• or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
• or a PhD with 0+ years of experience
• Proficient in mass spectrometry and chromatography
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across functional and geographical boundaries
• Ability to present technical results to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A proactive attitude with independent ownership of analysis and results
• A solid understanding of ICH guidelines and current Good Practice (cGxP) standards
• Ability to challenge the status quo, adapt to changes, and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Skills to identify risks, issues, and opportunities, effectively communicating them to supervisors and customers
