Research Scientist specializing in Cell and Molecular Biology to contribute to cancer drug discovery programs. Focus on developing pre-clinical model systems to identify and validate novel therapeutic targets.
Job Responsibility:
Design, execute, and interpret experiments using chemical and genetic approaches with scientific independence
Develop and utilize disease-relevant preclinical models to explore target biology and address complex hypotheses

Requirements:
Degree in molecular biology, stem cell biology, or a related field (Bachelor's with relevant experience or Master's with industry experience)
Proven expertise in developing and optimizing functional cellular assays for proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis in biologically relevant models
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of primary stem cells
experience in hematopoietic stem cell biology or myeloid malignancies (e.g., MPN, MDS, AML) is highly preferred
Proficiency in molecular and cellular biology techniques such as ELISA, MSD-based assays, Western blotting, multicolor flow cytometry, and CRISPR-Cas9 gene-editing platforms
