Requirements

Trainings in the use of and evaluation of implementation research-specific experimental designs
Past experience (internship or full-time) in public health agencies, healthcare systems, and/or population health initiatives
Experience in one or more of the following areas in the US: value-based healthcare, program evaluation, patient engagement, patient journey analysis, and healthcare improvement
Knowledge of implementation science theories, models, and frameworks and application of them in real world clinical settings
Experience in utilizing statistical principles to manage and understand quantitative data
Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and summarize recommendations
Knowledge and experience of using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods in evidence-based medicine and healthcare service research
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Job Responsibility

Supporting the collection, synthesis, and analysis of user behavior data from research studies and existing sources like analytics and server logs
Aiding in participant recruitment, scheduling research sessions, and managing overall research logistics
Contributing to the creation of research reports, presentations, and artifacts such as journey maps and personas
Effectively communicating key findings, insights, and recommendations to the design and product teams
Acting as a user advocate within the team
Attending team meetings and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to ensure research insights are integrated into the design process
