  • Manage contractors supporting product testing operations
  • Collect, clean, and organise large volumes of test-related data from various sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Maintain detailed documentation of test activities, participant feedback, and data sets
  • Adhere to the Product Score System guidelines to ensure accurate score generation and tracking compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Editorial, Research, and the Telegraph Panel, to ensure the timely execution of testing protocols
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, product safety, and internal standards

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in research operations, data analysis, or a related technical role
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Comfort working with large datasets and maintaining accurate records
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Airtable, or Tableau)
  • Academic experience in Psychology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a technical/quantitative field
What we offer:
  • Dynamic working opportunities
  • Medical cover
  • Parental leave (six months fully paid maternity leave and enhanced paternity/partner leave)
