Job Description

Our Research Operations team supports the foundation of the research process — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all recurring deliverables. As a Research Operations Associate, you will help maintain the smooth functioning of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks that enable analysts and traders to focus on generating insights and making informed decisions. This role sits at the intersection of data management, process improvement, and operational oversight. You’ll work closely with researchers, traders, and technologists to enhance the precision and reliability of research workflows while driving the adoption of new tools and automation.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure Continuity: Oversee recurring operational cycles, maintaining high standards of timeliness, accuracy, and completeness across research deliverables
  • Manage Processes: Coordinate the creation and upkeep of financial and event calendars, and ensure seamless flow of information across teams
  • Drive Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements that reduce manual effort and improve consistency
  • Maintain Data Quality: Monitor key datasets, ensuring that information is correct, current, and aligned with external sources
  • Support Technology Integration: Collaborate with developers and analysts to adopt new systems and automation tools, including AI-based solutions, to streamline workflows
  • Communicate and Coordinate: Serve as a link between research, trading, and support functions to ensure alignment and transparency on timing, data, and priorities
