Job Responsibility

  • Contributing directly to delivering SEPA’s Research, Innovation & Collaboration Framework
  • Ensuring consistent, professional processes that help teams unlock research and innovation through collaborative research programme aligned with SEPA priorities
  • Providing corporate oversight and coordination to maintain a consistent approach across portfolios, projects, and reporting
  • Enabling teams to focus on contributing their specialist knowledge and insights and delivering connecting them with leading research and innovation networks
  • Supporting SEPA‑wide research and innovation activity through structured, reliable, and efficient service delivery

Requirements

  • Relevant Qualification or Experience of working in an academic, environmental regulatory or innovation setting equivalent to SCQF Level 8-10
  • Strong organisational skills, including time-management, attention to detail, and maintaining data quality across documents and systems
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused and adaptable approach to working across portfolios
  • Competence in MS Office 365 and familiarity with digital tools, document management, and information systems
  • Experience of working collaboratively with external partners, managing relationships and networks to deliver environmental outcomes
