Job Responsibility:
Contributing directly to delivering SEPA’s Research, Innovation & Collaboration Framework
Ensuring consistent, professional processes that help teams unlock research and innovation through collaborative research programme aligned with SEPA priorities
Providing corporate oversight and coordination to maintain a consistent approach across portfolios, projects, and reporting
Enabling teams to focus on contributing their specialist knowledge and insights and delivering connecting them with leading research and innovation networks
Supporting SEPA‑wide research and innovation activity through structured, reliable, and efficient service delivery
Requirements:
Relevant Qualification or Experience of working in an academic, environmental regulatory or innovation setting equivalent to SCQF Level 8-10
Strong organisational skills, including time-management, attention to detail, and maintaining data quality across documents and systems
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused and adaptable approach to working across portfolios
Competence in MS Office 365 and familiarity with digital tools, document management, and information systems
Experience of working collaboratively with external partners, managing relationships and networks to deliver environmental outcomes
