Drive impactful creative and media insights for clients by managing end‑to‑end research projects, from design to delivery. Combine strong analytical skills with media expertise to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations. Lead a small team, build trusted client relationships, and support growth through high‑quality delivery and solution adoption. A critical success factor will be a strong client partnership, willingness to stretch and stay on top of multiple projects happening simultaneously. The person will also demonstrate high attention to detail alongside flexibility and agility. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines but report to a manager based in Singapore and with team members based in Southeast Asia. The work will involve regional clients across Asia Pacific region.

  • Design appropriate research solutions (sampling, questionnaire, data specifications) and synthesize multiple sources (sales, media spend, platform metrics) into compelling, concise stories with clear business implications
  • Formulate, articulate and validate hypotheses to help build appropriate, relevant and impactful stories
  • Accountable for the accurate and timely delivery of account outputs including data tables, KPIs, presentations, reports and workshops – balancing own analysis and creation of deliverables with delegating within the team
  • Maximize account efficiency by reviewing, improving and streamlining processes and systems without compromising quality
  • Accountable for managing and monitoring junior team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of scripts, charting, fieldwork and data provision from relevant departments
  • Maintain strong delivery and growing client relationships through strong critical thinking and expertise
  • Support Director in building of proposals and pitches content and pricing (needs discovery, methodological design, costing, proposal drafting, and portions of pitch delivery)
  • Being on top of finance processes (paperwork/contracts/PO/billing) and manage direct costs and time costs accurately
  • Coach and support 2–3 junior team members with ongoing feedback, monthly check-ins, and timely appraisal inputs

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in insights, tech or media (agency, ad tech, or client-side), with exposure to campaign measurement, brand tracking/lift, or creative testing
  • strong quantitative foundation. Familiarity with digital platforms (Google/YouTube, Meta, TikTok, or video streaming platforms)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data handling
  • Bilingual Business Proficiency: Fluent in English, with the ability to analyze, write, and present insights effectively to diverse audiences, including senior executives
