Job Responsibility

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on chip architectures for efficient AI serving
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed documentation of simulations, methodologies, and findings. Present results and insights to team members and stakeholders
  • Innovation and Problem-Solving: In-depth knowledge and understanding across different disciplines, proficient problem formulation and problem-solving skills

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master or Ph.D. program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Research Interns are expected to be physically located in their manager’s Microsoft worksite location for the duration of their internship
  • submit a minimum of two reference letters for this position as well as a cover letter and any relevant work or research samples

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and vibrant research environment
  • Willingness to embrace knowledge outside your field of research interest
  • Experience in conducting research in the fields of Computer Architecture and HW design
  • Experience in conducting experiments and writing papers

  • Relevant publications such as ISCA, MICRO, ASPLOS, HPCA, CVPR, ACL, ICML, NeurIPS, etc.
