Degree in a relevant discipline (Finance, Business, Accounting, IS, or Analytics)
8+ years of progressive Finance experience working on Finance Transformation programs
4+ years of experience managing resources, overseeing team deliverables, and providing feedback on design work products to maintain quality
Experience in consulting (Big 4 or similar) or SaaS industry in Quote to Cash, Accounting, Finance Operations, Business Partnering, or Finance Strategy/Special Projects
Experience across Finance Transformation areas Quote to Cash (QTC), other Finance Processes, and Value Realization Monitoring
Program management experience in large-scale Finance Transformation, with knowledge of project management methodologies and change management approaches
Proficiency in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
Experience with Atlassian suite of solutions
Experience with Oracle Fusion or reporting (e.g., Tableau) differentiating
Outstanding collaboration skills to build relationships and provide ongoing clarity.

Job Responsibility

Support our multi-year Finance transformation program roadmap, including long-term and short-term projects
Be accountable for Finance Transformation deliverables, including project/change management, current state analysis, future state design/documentation and implementation, requirement definition, data “baselining,” return on investment and business case analysis, dashboard reporting, and other delivery support needs (e.g., testing and training)
Be the single contact for local transformation efforts
manage local resources, coordinating with global Finance Transformation teams to adequately support projects and provide coaching to maintain high quality
Build relationships within Finance and other team members from business (Sales, Channel, Legal) and technology teams (Technical Program Managers, Engineers)
Develop project plans, while maintaining a portfolio of projects which are managed from a status, milestone, RAID, and change management perspective to balance near-term priorities with long-term strategic goals
Research industry trends and leading practices in Finance to apply in project work
Support the design of new solutions, thinking across boundaries with a “whole systems” approach to design with linkages between people, process, and technology in mind.
