Job Description

The User Research team at Fever increases revenue by working with teams across Product, Marketing, and Operations to identify and implement improvements in the experiences we offer customers and partners — online and offline. We work across the entire organization to make every experience five stars worthy. We're looking for a passionate and analytical Research Data Analyst to join our growing team. You'll bring rigor to everything you do, using data, statistics, and storytelling to turn complex research datasets into actionable improvements and strategic business opportunities.

Job Responsibility

  • Gather requirements and design methodology for research projects
  • Execute and analyze research data
  • Package and present results to partners
  • Develop and optimize systems and tools for research workflows

Requirements

  • Proficiency in R or Python for data analysis
  • A research background — in Marketing, Policy, or another relevant field
  • Strong statistics foundations
  • Ability to build and present arguments from data: visualization and storytelling for any audience
  • A high level of rigor and a genuine commitment to getting better every time you do something

Nice to have

  • SQL for data extraction
  • Experience in primary data collection, preferably surveys (interviews are a plus too)
  • Experience with text analysis
