Job Description

Baptist Health is hiring a Research Coordinator 3 to join the Baptist MD Anderson Clinical Trial team. This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus.

Job Responsibility

  • Sets up and performs routine clinical trial related activities
  • Collects, enters and summarizes clinical trial data, monitors patients, their results, detects and reports all events per protocol, applicable policies and applicable regulations
  • Develops patient care methodology for protocols, including criteria for patient participation
  • Coordinates FDA submissions and supervises all research audits
  • Reviews patient eligibility of potential study cases with research nurses and physicians
  • Maintains schedules for timely submission of grant data
  • Controls randomization of patients
  • Dedicated to excellence in all aspects of clinical research with keen focus on ethics, safety, quality, compliance, and stewardship
  • Understands and demonstrates Baptist Health System- Research objectives and mission

Requirements

  • Over 8 years of clinical research experience required
  • Associate Degree Required
  • Bachelor Degree Preferred
  • Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) Preferred
  • Clinical Research Coordinator Certification, CRC Preferred
  • Research: Clinical Preferred

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's may substitute for 2 years of experience
  • Master's may substitute for 3 years of experience
