Job Description:

We are currently recruiting US-based Research Associates to work closely with the analyst team, providing timely and accurate telecom service pricing and promotional data. We work with some of the largest brands and companies in the world, helping thousands of companies, government organizations, and industry professionals make faster, better informed, decisions based upon our analysis and data.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with the analyst team on various syndicated and bespoke projects
Day-to-day responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the daily collection of wireless/fixed service plans, pricing tiers, and promotional offers
Mystery shopping by phone, and occasionally in-store, may also be required as projects and client inquiries dictate
Accurately enter researched data into spreadsheets or databases and work with analyst team to keep records up to date
Work not only independently but also as part of a team to ensure content is produced to meet deadlines

Requirements:

Self-motivation and proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and within a team
Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills to accurately recognize and communicate changes to various plans and advertised terms as they occur
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
Flexible schedule, as some projects require early morning (EST) collection
High school diploma and 3+ years of work history (in relevant field preferred)
