Expertise in biomedical device (biosensor) prototype development, with working knowledge of FDA 510(k) requirements

Job Responsibility

Responsible for designing, documenting, and implementing materials synthesis techniques pertaining to polymeric films, “smart” materials exhibiting multi-functionality, the design, development, and prototyping of biosensors and bioelectronic devices, and circuit design of wireless implantable and wearable devices
Play a key role in evaluating aging and compatibility of novel materials for implantable and wearable applications in broad collaboration with other researchers in the lab
Serve as a mentor for technicians and students
