The Research Associate will play a critical role in supporting the Managing Director and wider team in delivering high-quality executive search assignments within the Financial Officers practice. This position involves managing the initial brief conversations, conducting comprehensive research, preparing reports, and acting as a key liaison with clients throughout the search process.
Job Responsibility:
Participate in initial client briefing sessions and capture detailed requirements
Conduct market mapping and talent identification across financial leadership roles
Build and maintain candidate profiles, organizational charts, and market intelligence reports
Prepare research summaries, candidate longlists, and progress reports for client updates
Support consultants with pitch materials and client deliverables
Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal standards
Act as a point of contact for client queries related to research and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Strong analytical and research skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with executive search tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems)
