Job Description:

The Research Associate will play a critical role in supporting the Managing Director and wider team in delivering high-quality executive search assignments within the Financial Officers practice. This position involves managing the initial brief conversations, conducting comprehensive research, preparing reports, and acting as a key liaison with clients throughout the search process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in initial client briefing sessions and capture detailed requirements
  • Conduct market mapping and talent identification across financial leadership roles
  • Build and maintain candidate profiles, organizational charts, and market intelligence reports
  • Prepare research summaries, candidate longlists, and progress reports for client updates
  • Support consultants with pitch materials and client deliverables
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal standards
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries related to research and reporting
