This new role offers an exciting opportunity for a Research Assistant or Clinical Psychologist to work with the Director of Mental Health Psychology to support the evaluation of two separate projects: (1) Mental Health Risk Assessment, and (2) Mental Health Defusing. The Mental Health Division reviewed their longstanding risk assessment form in 2022, wanting to create a risk assessment document that was functional, fit for purpose and supported a range of clinicians to think clinically about risk management. Mental Health Defusing is an initiative that aims to support the ongoing wellbeing of staff within our mental health service.
Job Responsibility:
support the evaluation of two separate projects: Mental Health Risk Assessment and Mental Health Defusing.
Requirements:
Honours Degree in behavioural or social sciences or a related discipline, or appropriate work-related experience
postgraduate Degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited course
ability to make independent and original contributions to research
experience in the design, conduct and analysis
familiarity with advanced statistical analyses.
