Job Responsibility

Gather and analyze data, including benchmark and draw conclusion and generate strategic recommendations to support the organization's objectives
Develop the engineering content for the C-suite executives and Board of Directors, while ensuring the readiness of the Engineering leaders to attend those reviews
Plan and manage the execution of strategic projects
