Job Description:

London College of Communication (LCC), part of University of the Arts London (UAL), is seeking a proactive and highly organised Research and Knowledge Exchange (RKE) Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term basis. This role is central to supporting the development and dissemination of research-led knowledge exchange activities across the College. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant team environment and make a difference through research-led knowledge exchange initiatives that address current social issues.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the development and dissemination of research-led knowledge exchange activities across the College
  • Working closely with academics, students, and external partners
  • Coordinating projects and events
  • Facilitating collaborations that advance the College’s research and knowledge exchange culture and social purpose strategy
  • Organising research-led KE activities
  • Supporting consultancy and collaborative projects
  • Ensuring work has meaningful impact within the College and the wider community

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in administrative roles supporting Research and Knowledge Exchange (RKE) or Higher Education Institution (HEI) teams
  • Strong skills in managing information, budgets, and reporting
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Excel at planning events and coordinating complex projects
  • Maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and digital)
  • Confident working with data and producing analytical reports
  • Using initiative to solve problems creatively
  • Experience in liaising with high-level industry contacts
  • Experience in organising internal and external events

  • Responsible for overseeing or participating in individual discharge plans which assist members and families to transition to the appropriate level of care upon the completion of the acute Treatment Plan with the measure of restoring social, emotional, financial, and environmental factors which affect and/or affected by the acute inpatient stay
