Job Description

Lead learning innovation, define learning design standards, deploy AI-assisted authoring, capture and share knowledge, collaborate across teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead learning innovation: Identify new ideas and trends in learning and technology
  • Test new ideas through pilots
  • End-to-end accountable for how new ideas are identified, tested, evaluated and decide which ideas to scale and which to stop based on results
  • Define learning design standards: Develop common templates and reusable learning components and content operations ( templates, metadata)
  • Deploy AI-assisted authoring to improve learning
  • Learning analytics for impact at scale
  • Use learning data and analytics to measure effectiveness
  • Capture and share knowledge ( AARs- After-Action Reviews, playbooks, case banks) and ensure uptake
  • Document lessons learned, best practices, and case studies
  • Ensure teams actively use shared knowledge resources
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Program, IT, and Customer Experience teams
  • Embed new innovations into live offerings
  • Track learning impact and return on investment (ROI)

Requirements

  • 7+ years in learning design/edtech
