Job Responsibility:

  • Provide practical support for research and enterprise (R&E) Project Managers/leads to support and enable effective project management and delivery
  • Support a portfolio of R&E projects across the university
  • Offer advice and guidance
  • Support with pre-contracting
  • Support for internal processes and systems
  • Liaison with partners
  • Drafting and issuing project documentation
  • Be the point of contact for funders with project specific queries and evidence requests
  • Support on the delivery of key processes including the due diligence process
  • Liaise with partners to obtain information for reviews and escalating risks as necessary
  • Support with the delivery of a range of regular innovative initiatives to support university wide collaboration and interdisciplinary working
  • Deliver training on all aspects of R&E project management
