  • Establish and maintain comprehensive database systems for commercial asset classes
  • Regularly update and quality-check data sources
  • Create data visualization tools and dashboards
  • Coordinate with external data providers
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis of assigned commercial real estate sectors
  • Prepare detailed market research reports
  • Analyze macroeconomic factors, demographic trends, and regulatory changes
  • Work with senior team members to draft and produce high-quality research reports, consultancy studies, and market commentaries
  • Create press releases and thought leadership articles
  • Develop quarterly market updates, annual outlook reports, and sector-specific studies
