Join a dynamic delivery team where you will work closely with UX/UI Designers, Digital Delivery stakeholders, and data specialists to provide key insights into customer behavior. In this role, you will be part of a significant strategy to create and maintain premier web-based digital platforms for quoting, selling, and managing policies, ensuring the customer has a fair representation in solving business problems and initiatives. Engaging with senior stakeholders across the business, you will help ensure all aspects of the features delivered meet or exceed expectations within a complex system environment.
Job Responsibility
Conduct comprehensive UX research on digital customer experience challenges, with a strong emphasis on quantitative methodologies including surveys, analytics, A/B testing, and statistical analysis
Apply advanced analytical techniques to evaluate complex information from large-scale datasets, identifying critical patterns, trends, and factors impacting user behavior
Develop and execute effective research strategies from inception to insight delivery with significant autonomy, adapting methodologies even when faced with limited initial information
Translate complex research findings into clear, compelling narratives, effectively communicating actionable insights to diverse stakeholders and senior leadership
Collaborate with other departments to communicate the value of being a customer-led business while ensuring consistency of the digital customer approach across all products and online journeys
Requirements
Demonstrable comprehensive knowledge and hands-on application of UX research principles, methodologies, and best practices (qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods)
Experience using analytical tools to investigate and analyse user data, with proficiency in leveraging technical skills for data analysis, manipulation, and visualisation
Proven ability to assess unique or challenging user experience scenarios, applying sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques to uncover root causes
Strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement capabilities to balance improvement drives with stakeholder needs
A creative and adaptive approach to research, capable of developing novel solutions as an experienced, journey-level practitioner ready to contribute expertise from day one
