Job Description:

Research Admin and Corporate Access role covering logistics of client visits and research administration tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Corporate access : Covering logistics of client visits to Korean companies
supporting Korean companies visits to overseas clients
supporting Korean analysts visits to overseas clients
Research administration Jobs will carry out tasks such as: Document management - disseminating information, drafting presentations and documents file and document management
Data processing - data entry, basic data analysis
Record administration – maintaining records, information resources and data sources
Co-ordination - co-ordinating activities, arranging resources, meetings, services and supplies
Research - carrying out non-specialist research
Control - gatekeeper or primary point of contact roles for an area
Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business or geographic area aims
Support in business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with external and internal stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneous and efficiently
Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
