As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Resales Negotiator to join our team, primarily working across three of our sites, with the flexibility of remote working. As a Resales Negotiator, you will manage the resale process from start to finish, ensuring every resident and buyer experiences a professional, seamless, and supportive journey. You will use your sales expertise and attention to detail to deliver positive outcomes for residents while supporting the overall success of the village. Job Responsibility:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to all resale enquiries, both online and in person
  • Arranging and conducting engaging village tours and home viewings in collaboration with the local Village Ambassador, tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
  • Supporting customers throughout the full sales process, from initial contact and viewings to legal completion and move-in, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Showcasing each village’s community, lifestyle, and properties, confidently highlighting facilities, services, and unique features
  • Liaising with solicitors, financial advisers, and other third parties to ensure smooth sales progression
  • Contributing to achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Building and nurturing positive relationships with current owners (or their estates), prospective residents, their families, and key stakeholders
  • Capturing and maintaining accurate customer information using the LOOP CRM system
  • Following up on all enquiries consistently, ensuring proactive and professional communication
  • Providing a warm, empathetic, and informative approach to support customers in making well-informed decisions about their move
  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of marketing events, open days, and community activities to promote the village and generate resale leads
  • Supporting local marketing initiatives in collaboration with the central Marketing team
  • Representing Inspired Villages at local networking and community engagement opportunities
  • Collaborating effectively with Regional and Village Sales Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver outstanding service
  • Preparing and managing sales documentation in line with company processes and compliance requirements
  • Maintaining accurate reporting and updates on sales progress and activity levels
  • Contributing to a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate agency or property sales, with a strong track record of success
  • Strong local knowledge, understanding the property market and community dynamics
  • Managing the full sales process with confidence, from initial enquiry through to completion and move-in
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems, particularly LOOP
  • Understanding legal and financial processes related to property transactions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to interact effectively with residents, prospective buyers, and stakeholders

  • Own the commercial strategy and supplier portfolio supporting inbound warehousing, outbound distribution, returns processing (RMA), refurbishment, resale, recycling, and disposal operations
  • Negotiate, draft, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), NDAs, amendments, and pricing exhibits with warehousing, RMA, and logistics service providers
  • Lead RFx processes for Warehousing and RMA services, including scope definition, bid analysis, supplier evaluation, and recommendation using eSourcing tools
  • Develop and execute category strategies leveraging market intelligence, supplier benchmarking, rate cards, capacity planning, and total cost of ownership (TCO) models across storage, handling, labor, repair, and reverse logistics cost drivers
