  • Providing a warm, empathetic, and informative approach to support customers in making well-informed decisions about their move
  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of marketing events, open days, and community activities to promote the village and generate resale leads
  • Supporting local marketing initiatives in collaboration with the central Marketing team
  • Representing Inspired Villages at local networking and community engagement opportunities
  • Collaborating effectively with Regional and Village Sales Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver outstanding service
  • Preparing and managing sales documentation in line with company processes and compliance requirements
  • Maintaining accurate reporting and updates on sales progress and activity levels
  • Contributing to a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate agency or property sales, with a strong track record of success
  • Strong local knowledge, understanding the property market and community dynamics
  • Managing the full sales process with confidence, from initial enquiry through to completion and move-in
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems, particularly LOOP
  • Understanding legal and financial processes related to property transactions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to interact effectively with residents, prospective buyers, and stakeholders
