Job Description:

Moving into a new home should be an exciting time for customers and a key part of that is making sure the conveyancing process is as smooth as possible where they receive a customer experience second to none. We're looking for a Resales Executive to oversee the customer journey from the start of a shared ownership sale, all the way to Completion, talking to customers, liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders including solicitors, all with the goal of providing an outstanding customer experience.
