Job Description:

Are you a Civil or Environmental Engineer with experience in developing and permitting renewable energy projects? Job Responsibility:

Development of new projects in Renewable Energy (Solar PV, Wind Turbines, Energy Storage) and Tourism
Project permitting and property acquisition
Focus on project development across Greece, especially Crete
Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Conduct feasibility studies to assess site viability
Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders for smooth project progression
Manage project timelines effectively
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure all technical specifications are met
Monitor and adapt to regulatory changes affecting project development

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
Desired postgraduate degree in a relevant field
Knowledge of environmental and urban planning legislation
1-3 years of experience in project development and permitting
Proficiency in AutoCAD, and ideally GIS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent communication skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Planning, organization, and initiative
Responsibility, result-oriented focus, practicality, and engagement

Nice to have:

Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
Proficiency in GIS
