Job Description

We are looking for a Requirements Engineer for our client.Your main responsibility will be to define project-specific requirements baselines, establish structured change control, and ensure end-to-end traceability from stakeholder needs to test cases.

Job Responsibility

  • Create project-specific requirements baselines and perform structured change control processes
  • Establish and maintain end-to-end traceability from stakeholder requirements to test cases
  • Independently plan and facilitate requirements workshops and interviews
  • Produce structured requirements documentation
  • Derive requirements from cybersecurity risk assessments and threat models
  • Coordinate with Product Owners and relevant stakeholders to clarify open points
  • Support scope refinement and mitigate delivery risks

Requirements

  • Experience in requirements engineering in regulated environments
  • basic experience with Azure DevOps
  • experience in the pharma or MedTech industry
  • Experience with cybersecurity-related requirements
  • Strong skills in conducting requirements workshops and stakeholder management
  • Experience with end-to-end traceability
  • Excellent English skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in GMP / GAMP 5 environments
  • Knowledge of ISA 88
  • Experience with CRA
