Job Responsibility

  • Engage with business specialists, product managers and development teams to gather, analyze and document requirements for new features and enhancements
  • Develop clear and detailed functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and technical constraints
  • Identify opportunities to improve our requirements gathering and management processes
  • Propose and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and clarity
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows and data models, to support the development and testing teams
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that requirements are testable and that the delivered solutions meet the defined requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating effective communication to ensure mutual understanding and successful project outcomes

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology or comparable education and relevant professional experience in IT
  • Proven experience in requirements engineering, business analysis or related field in an agile environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business processes into clear technical requirements
  • Attention to detail and systematic approach to capturing and documenting requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
  • Familiarity with software development processes and technologies, understanding of logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
  • Proficiency with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence or similar
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
