Join Our Team as a Reprographics Specialist in Newham, London! Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 19:00. Immediate Start! Are you passionate about print and design? Do you have a flair for producing high-quality materials under tight deadlines? If so, we want YOU to join our dynamic team in Newham, just a quick 2-minute walk from Star Lane train station.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operating specialist reprographics print and finishing equipment
  • Managing Canon Printers, large format printers, and Xerox machines
  • Understanding and implementing specialist print and finishing requirements
  • Multitasking and managing multiple job requests while adhering to tight deadlines
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure the highest quality of work
  • Maintaining document and record management systems in line with retention policies

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • A solid understanding of reprographics processes and equipment
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanour
