Job Description:

Job role: Reprographics/Multi Skilled Operator. Location: Bishopsgate, City of London. Contract Type: Temp to perm. Pay rate: £13.85 an hour. Working days: Monday to Friday. Working hours: 8AM to 5PM.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operating and maintaining reprographic equipment to produce high‑quality outputs
  • Assisting with document management, scanning, and digital printing tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal teams and clients
  • Collaborating with colleagues to support ongoing projects and workflow needs
  • Operating binding machines (comb, wire, coil, thermal, velo) to create secure, professional document bundles
  • Using staplers and 2/3‑hole punches, including MFP‑integrated tools, to organise large multipage document sets
  • Managing collators and stackers to keep multi‑set or multi‑client jobs accurately separated and ordered
  • Producing saddle‑stitched booklets and compact document sets using booklet‑making equipment
  • Laminating and mounting documents to create durable exhibit boards and protected presentation materials
  • Creating tabs, dividers, and spine labels to support clear navigation within large document bundles
  • Cutting and trimming documents to ensure clean, precise finishes
  • Completing digital finishing tasks, including electronic pagination, re‑pagination, indexing, and hyperlinking for e‑bundles
