Join Our clients Team as a Reprographics/Mailroom Specialist! Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your reprographics skills? Our client, based in the bustling heart of St Paul's, City of London, is seeking a part-time dedicated Reprographics/Mailroom Specialist to join their dynamic team on a temporary assignment starting June 12, 2025 on an on-going basis every Thursday & Friday.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operating high-volume colour and black & white devices via network connections
  • utilising finishing equipment such as wire/comb binding, guillotining, and laminating
  • Adhering to tight deadlines to meet client requirements
  • Performing administrative tasks, including data input
  • Managing incoming and outgoing deliveries with precision
  • Handling inquiries from clients, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Undertaking general mailroom duties to support the team
  • Engaging in some manual handling tasks as needed
  • Setting up meeting and conference rooms to create welcoming environments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in reprographics or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to assist your team
