Job Responsibility:
Support customers in safely, efficiently, and economically integrating Bombardier Business Aircraft into their operations
Provide informal training and guidance on technical, operational, and logistical aspects of aircraft operation and maintenance
Identify and escalate technical or operational concerns within both the customer and Bombardier organizations
Communicate key aircraft operational and maintenance concerns to Bombardier management
Recommend improvements in customer operations or procedures related to Bombardier aircraft
Interface with all levels of the customer’s organization and support compliance with local aviation regulations
Prepare and submit reports according to established Bombardier requirements and schedules
Lead or support field teams during modifications, upgrades, and repairs at customer facilities or service centers
Utilize Bombardier’s internal support and service processes to enhance customer experience
Share service bulletins and advisories, participate in fleet review meetings, and help address repetitive fleet issues
Requirements:
You must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone of the United States
You have at least 5 years of aviation maintenance experience
You have at least 2 years of experience with Bombardier products (Global 5000 / 6000 / 7500 series, Challenger 350, Challenger 650)
You have strong aircraft troubleshooting skills
You have computer skills necessary to learn and/or operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, email, and web-based applications
You have interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals, departments, organizations, and regulatory agencies
You have business writing skills necessary to create various reports and correspondence
You have the ability to travel
Nice to have:
You are an EASA or FAA licensed Airframe & Powerplant mechanic (an asset)
