Job Description:

This position will be within the reporting team and will focus on creating and maintaining reports needed to monitor the end-to- end processes for one or more of the following areas of focus, RTP, RTR and OTC in line with the business need and the IT standards of the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and maintain automated reports using various tools
  • Collaborate with business teams to document reporting needs and data flows
  • Manage the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process and perform rigorous validation to ensure data quality of all reports and visualizations, and accurate KPI calculations
  • Maintain transparent records of report logic, data sources, and business rules
  • Analyze existing reporting workflows to identify bottlenecks and efficiency gains
  • Propose and drive process changes, including organizational and application-level updates
  • Moderate meetings for improvement actions and act as the first point of contact for customer queries or escalations
  • Lead end-user and "train-the-trainer" sessions for new reporting solutions
  • Assist in selecting and testing new tools to ensure data availability
  • Manage transitions within multi-disciplinary teams and support centrally driven projects
  • Handle IT-related escalations and troubleshoot reporting issues

Requirements:

  • University degree preferably with focus on Accounting
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or reporting developer activity
  • Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Applications, ERP Accounting systems (preferably SAP)
  • Fluent English in writing and verbally (French is an advantage)
