Job Description:

The Reporting Strategy Consultant will apply expertise in data analysis, analytical tools, and stakeholder management skills to ensure efficient data management, promote data-driven insights, and decision making to enhance departmental operations. This critical team member will leverage technology and data to improve operational improvements by designing, implementing, and maintaining reporting and analytical tools which yield actionable insights.

Job Responsibility:

Obtains Reporting Strategy performance data and transforms it into actionable insights
Compares company department goals to current project statuses
Utilizes the company's data collection software and analyzes sources of data
Performs calculations, generates charts and graphs, and creates metadata to synthesize collected data
Identifies opportunities to improve department performance
Gathers feedback from analyzed departments
Shares and distributes reports to leadership teams and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

3-5 years of work experience with business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Experience working in data analytics in the healthcare industry
Proven track record supporting complex projects and/or programs that resulted in material business successful outcomes
Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to have:

Advanced knowledge and proficiency working with data preparation tools (Alteryx, Dataiku, SQL)
Advanced knowledge and proficiency working with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Work from Central or Eastern time zone
