Job Description

We are looking for a Reporting Specialist.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare, analyze, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in strict compliance with US GAAP standards
  • One of the reporting targets involves reconciling Local GAAP balances with US GAAP by validating the source of reported accounts
  • Technical knowledge of the statutory ledger cycle to ensure that all entries are accurately reflected in the final reporting on HFM
  • Control and prepare monthly Sales & COGS reported on local ERP with analyzing Inventory movements and upload data on Hyperion Reporting tool
  • Assist of Accounting leader on track of Bundle sales and ensure high quality of reporting and treatment based on revenue recognition standard of Bundle Sales and COGS
  • Calculation and estimation of E&O and NRV reserve of the company to control Inventory trends
  • Execution of monthly basis accruals of the company for current calculations of RPP, Annual leaves, Bad Debt reserves and track on BS and PL impact and targeted balances
  • Assist of Country Accounting leader on uploading financial data, complete reconciliation of the key accounts on internal reconciliation platform
  • Manage SOX controls of the company structure to get compliant with US Gaap standards
  • Prepare any ad-hoc reporting request of HQ and local requirements
  • Assist Accounting Leader on SAP transition and implementation process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial controlling and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of US GAAP is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  • Selfdriven, detailoriented, and highly organized
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • experience with ERP systems (e.g. Hyperion/SAP / LOGO) is an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Construction Accounting knowledge is an advantage
