Job Description:

Build your career as a Reporting Specialist with our German partner company in retail! We are looking for a Reporting Specialist in the People Services team with fluent German skills to ensure operational transparency through accurate and timely HR reporting. You will play a vital role in supporting daily HR services through reporting, data quality management, and efficient processes, while partnering with HR stakeholders and contributing to the effective operation of the HR Shared Service Center.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and standardized HR reports to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across HR systems and reporting tools
  • Monitor and manage data quality, identifying discrepancies and coordinating corrections
  • Support daily HR operations through regular and ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Maintain and optimize reporting templates, dashboards, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders and internal teams to improve reporting processes and transparency

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in HR reporting tools and systems (e.g., HRIS, Excel, BI tools)
  • Fluent German and intermediate English skills
  • Good understanding of data structures, data governance, and reporting standards
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets with high attention to detail
  • Strong focus on data accuracy and quality management
  • Strong organizational skills and time management
  • Analytical skills to evaluate and recommend improvements in HR reporting and related process
