We are seeking a Data Analyst to support Vodafone Global Enterprise by delivering high-quality operational and financial reporting, advanced data analysis, and actionable insights. This role focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making through robust business intelligence solutions, close collaboration with enterprise stakeholders, and the development of scalable reporting frameworks that support commercial, operational, and customer outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain financial reports used for billing and invoicing, aligned to revenue and spend from enterprise accounts
Create and manage operational KPI reports for governance and performance tracking
Partner with service and account teams to deliver customised reporting and provide insight-led improvement recommendations
Produce a broad portfolio of reports, including customer scorecards, spend and usage analysis, SLA and KPI dashboards, and savings reports
Enhance and develop operational and financial reporting solutions across Vodafone Global Enterprise
Support commercial activities such as pricing analysis, bids, and RFPs
Collaborate with sales, finance, billing operations, business planning, and service delivery teams
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for dashboards and reports
Investigate, cleanse, and integrate data from multiple sources to deliver meaningful insights
Design and develop data models in line with enterprise information architecture and governance standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, computer science, or a related discipline
2-3 years of experience in reporting and data analytics within a complex business environment
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight timelines
Experience working across multidisciplinary projects and engaging effectively with stakeholders
