Job Description

You will lead a strong reporting team, accountable for delivering accurate, compliant, and data-driven finance reports and dashboards that enable effective business decision-making. You would be able to work in a very friendly fast-paced environment, side by side with colleagues responsible for different countries in Coca Cola Hellenic group, sharing knowledge and gaining an excellent experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Reporting Management: Ensure timely and accurate monthly refreshes of reports, semantic models, and data sources
  • Governance & Compliance: Own and execute monthly governance routines
  • Customer-centric Reporting: Drive the design and delivery of high-impact reports
  • Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement process improvements
  • Change Management: Lead reporting-related change initiatives
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Group and Local Finance and IT teams
  • Team Management & Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing reporting team
  • Performance Management: Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback

Requirements

  • 5+ years of reporting experience, preferably in fast-moving, multinational environments
  • Degree in Finance or a related field
  • People management experience would be an advantage
