Job Description

This is an exceptional job opportunity to join UK’s leading translation and Interpretation company EMPIRE GROUP. We are looking for full time Scrum Master for our office located in Phase 7, Bahria town, Islamabad. The BI Specialist will lead the development of automated and reusable routines for extracting requested information from numerous database systems. The incumbent will be required to develop standard and efficient ways to create data sets which can be used in different dashboards, scorecards and other reports.

Job Responsibility

  • Gather and consolidate the business requirements for developing, data mapping and delivering the required reports/solution to the management
  • Develop dashboards and reports with visualizing tools such as MS Excel, PivotTable, Tableau and PowerBI
  • Conduct data analysis with data visualization or statistical techniques
  • Beyond business and design skills the role requires experience writing SQL, leveraging reporting and dashboard tools, creating ETL jobs, and expanding the data mart
  • Insight & Analysis customer behavior and market opportunity to maximize profit and optimize cost of operation
  • Be able to use data to analysis in order to understand market, opportunity and treat, which suggest business to achieve maximum profit

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, statistics, IT, or other relevant fields
  • At least 3+ year experience in BI (dashboard, database designing) and data analysis
  • Proficiency in creating reports and performing analysis with MS Excel, PivotTable, Tableau and PowerBI, or other visualizing tools and presentation tools
  • Experience in using tool such as Tableau is a must
  • Very Strong experience in building intuitive visualizations using PowerBI & Tableau on top of structured/unstructured data
  • Should be able to manipulate, integrate, analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying, variety of sources
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Strong SQL programming experience is mandatory
