Job Description:

Randstad is seeking a Reporting and Control Analyst to join one of our clients in the financial industry, in Toronto, ON. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in the office. The reporting and control analyst will have an impact assisting new client setup and client maintenance processes to ensure accuracy of profiles in line with contracts, policies and regulations ...

Job Responsibility:

assisting with new client setup and maintenance
ensuring data integrity and client privacy
managing regulatory requirements
working on investigations and issue resolution
providing technical support for testing
assisting with organizational framework
implementing changes to meet client needs
ensuring timely escalation of risks
partnering with global TMS teams
assisting management with business initiatives
supporting quality management and statistical measurements
working to improve operational efficiency
supporting internal and external audits
maintaining operating procedures
providing backup coverage

Requirements:

advanced MS Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
demonstrated experience in an operational environment
ability to work in a fast-paced global environment
strong communication and problem-solving skills
high attention to detail
university or postgraduate degree (desirable)
knowledge of securities lending (desirable)
3-5 years of experience
specific experience with trade settlement, securities lending, and market settlement (highly beneficial)
