This role is for our US-based Media Analytics client account. As a Reporting & Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, insight-driven reports that inform the strategic decisions of senior communications leaders at the world’s most influential brands. You will blend advanced data analysis with compelling business writing, ensuring every deliverable is accurate, timely, and tailored to client needs. Job Responsibility:
Report Concepting & Design: Collaborate with Client Success and Analysis teams to design the structure and layout of client reports, ensuring clarity, impact, and alignment with client goals
Report Execution & Delivery: Build and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual), maintaining strict quality standards for accuracy, completeness, and professionalism
Data Analysis & Insights Generation: Conduct exploratory data analysis, investigate outliers, and ask 2nd and 3rd-order questions to surface meaningful insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Media Analysts, Insights & Analytics, Client Success, and Data Visualization teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment with client expectations
Technical Excellence: Demonstrate mastery of our client’s technology stack, including Boolean search, communications measurement taxonomies, and report automation tools
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in business reporting, marketing, or communications analytics, preferably supporting enterprise clients
Proven expertise managing and owning deliverables for high-stakes stakeholders
Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of quality assurance and time management
Strong data analysis skills. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint required
Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools is a plus
Outstanding business writing and communications skills
Strong commercial acumen and ability to quickly learn about new companies or new industries
Relentless attention to detail and passion for analytical excellence
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus
