Job Responsibility:
Handles Dashboards within Business Relationship Management under the Service Delivery Line of Business
Enabling real-time tracking of operations in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system
Improve mission awareness, identify requirements, and enhance stakeholder communication
Provide clear, easy-to-understand formats that minimize complexity and highlight key metrics like outages, incidents, and projects
Ensure accurate data consumption
Track and communicate operational metrics effectively to support proactive management and decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders to align with performance requirements for simplified data access, fostering collaboration and driving value through effective partnerships
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience with the role/responsibilities listed above
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Strong data analysis and visualization skills
