The Reporting Analyst role focuses on creating dashboards and reports to enhance stakeholder communication and operational metrics tracking. The Reporting Analyst handles Dashboards within Business Relationship Management under the Service Delivery Line of Business, enabling real-time tracking of operations in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system, such as ServiceNow, to improve mission awareness, identify requirements, and enhance stakeholder communication.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience with the role/responsibilities listed above
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Expertise in creating dashboards and reports
Strong data analysis and visualization skills
Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
Ability to track and communicate operational metrics effectively
