We are seeking a Reporting Analyst to support financial reporting, governance, and performance management for designated accounts within VOIS. This individual will collaborate across cross-functional teams, consolidate and analyse data, and deliver insights and dashboards that influence strategic decisions. The role requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and demonstrated experience in reporting within a complex, global environment.
Job Responsibility:
Perform detailed performance data analysis and develop dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries
Lead reporting activities to track delivery against strategic objectives and key performance indicators
Consolidate raw data from multiple teams and individuals across the portfolio
Manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes
Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting tools and business intelligence solutions
Present insights that guide decision-making and shape broader business strategies
Provide clear recommendations backed by robust data and analysis
Create ad hoc reports to support key business verticals and performance management
Conduct financial and operational analysis for HC, Opex, Efficiency, and internal/external recharges
Review VSOL recharge flows and assess profitability impacts for customers
Support Finance Business Partners with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning guidance
Ensure timely, accurate submissions aligned with business requirements and expectations
Maintain strong cross-functional relationships and communication channels
Requirements:
Experienced in metrics reporting, data visualisation, and performance tracking
Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SQL, and data visualisation tools
Skilled in data consolidation, database management, and dashboard development
Strong analytical thinker with excellent communication and presentation abilities
Able to document meeting notes and proactively follow through on actions
Experienced in designing reporting metrics within large, distributed organisations
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently with tight deadlines
Demonstrated experience as a reporting analyst with 7–10 years in telecom or a related industry
Proficient in troubleshooting, report writing, and using advanced Excel, Access, VBA, and reporting interfaces
