Reporting Analyst

• Extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to produce meaningful reports
• Designing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to monitor business metrics and KPIs
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored insights
• Performing trend analyses and developing forecasts to support strategic planning and operational efficiency
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement through data-driven workflow analysis
• Validating the accuracy and completeness of reports, ensuring data integrity at all times
• Providing ad hoc analyses to support time-sensitive business decisions
• Training and supporting team members in using reporting tools and interpreting data outputs
• Staying current with new data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices
• Applying AI technologies to automate reporting processes and enhance analytical capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
• IT Infrastructure knowledge mandatory
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and techniques for automating reporting and data analysis
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and manipulating data from relational databases
• Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation
• Experience with ETL processes or managing data pipelines
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or financial systems such as Salesforce or SAP
• Exposure to statistical analysis and forecasting techniques
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
