Job Responsibility

  • Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs
  • Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers
  • Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues
  • Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required

Requirements

  • A passion for fulfilment operations, & stock accuracy, with a strong eye for detail
  • Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, cross-functional, & customer-centric approach
  • A priority for safety, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including regular lifting, use of manual handling equipment, and being on your feet for long periods
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
