Job Responsibility

general repairs such as ceiling tiles, base trim, interior and exterior painting, pothole patching, sanding, patching, restroom and service door maintenance, touch-ups, caulking, and signage replacement/installation
basic plumbing such as faucet and filter maintenance
outdoor maintenance including basic landscaping, mulch application, bollard pole maintenance, bike racks, fence and gate repairs, perimeter light poles, power washing, and air hose hangers
