Job Description

This person will champion product excellence by crafting and executing innovative quality assurance protocols that elevate industry standards and delight customer.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement well-defined repair processes and procedures
  • Gathers, analyzes, and utilizes repair process data to initiate process changes and improvements
  • Collaborate and engage with cross functional teams for the timely and effective resolution of customer/ escalations
  • Develops customized solutions to increase system yield, enabling repair operations to meet KPIs and other business requirements, including those for new product transfers
  • Drives the implementation of effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve issues and prevent recurrence
  • Generates timely reports on status of process performance, resolution of issues/escalations, projects and updates on other tasks as assigned
  • Takes ownership and accountability of the overall health of repair processes supported while ensuring compliance to established standards and customer requirements

Requirements

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent courses
  • Has high sense of urgency and can interface with different level of positions in the organization
  • Possesses high analytical skills
  • Strong background in process control tools is required
  • Knowledge in Failure analysis and PCB technology is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Electronic PCBA Manufacturing Tin-Lead and RoHS Processes and ROHS directive 2001/95/EC compliance is an advantage
  • Experience in conducting audits using a process-based approach is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Nice to have
