Job Responsibility:

  • Maintains accurate records of all incoming and outgoing products or materials, including tracking quantities, conducting regular physical inventory counts, and reconciling discrepancies
  • Monitors inventory levels and determines when to reorder products
  • Matches invoices from suppliers, confirms warehouse inventory is sufficient, and returns incorrect, old, or obsolete stock to vendors
  • Organizes and sends copies of purchase orders to corporate offices, and processes incoming purchase orders
  • Communicates with other branches to ensure stock levels are sufficient
  • Inspects incoming products for quality assurance
  • Takes direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities
  • Identifies areas for efficiency enhancement, implements best practices, and suggests process modifications
  • Develops effective relationships with all team members to ensure daily communication necessary to resolve issues and prevent service delays.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior Relevant Work Experience: 0-1 year
  • Essential Qualifications: Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
  • Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) preferred.
