Job Responsibility:
Maintains accurate records of all incoming and outgoing products or materials, including tracking quantities, conducting regular physical inventory counts, and reconciling discrepancies
Monitors inventory levels and determines when to reorder products
Matches invoices from suppliers, confirms warehouse inventory is sufficient, and returns incorrect, old, or obsolete stock to vendors
Organizes and sends copies of purchase orders to corporate offices, and processes incoming purchase orders
Communicates with other branches to ensure stock levels are sufficient
Inspects incoming products for quality assurance
Takes direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities
Identifies areas for efficiency enhancement, implements best practices, and suggests process modifications
Develops effective relationships with all team members to ensure daily communication necessary to resolve issues and prevent service delays.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior Relevant Work Experience: 0-1 year
Essential Qualifications: Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) preferred.
