Job Description:

Invacare is a proud supplier of mobility and medical equipment. We are now seeking an additional person to join our Rentals team, helping to service our contracts and customers across Auckland. You’ll join a small, close-knit group who work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure our equipment is cleaned, serviced and ready to be redistributed to our customers. This is a varied role which will keep you busy from the moment you start work until the end.

Job Responsibility:

  • Picking and putting away of stock items using a high reach or man-up machine
  • Cleaning equipment which includes operating automated washers and equipment, manual cleaning and moving a range of different items that vary in size, shape and weight to different locations (bending, lifting and shifting)
  • Wrap and package equipment to be returned to the goods area and shelving
  • Ensure we have an adequate supply of cleaning products and PPE
  • Identify issues with products that need to be serviced
  • Tag items with serial numbers

Requirements:

  • Have a current forklift licence
  • Are physically fit and can lift heavy items
  • Don’t mind getting stuck in to get the work done
  • Have an energetic and positive attitude with good communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a team as well as alone
  • Are reliable and pride yourself on doing a great job, every time
